Provide legal support across civil, criminal, industrial and commercial matters impacting Archdiocesan agencies, parishes and clergy.

Work on diverse governance, risk and compliance initiatives while supporting commercial transactions, property and organisational matters.

Join a collaborative, values-driven team and work closely with senior leaders across the Archdiocese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and advice across a broad range of matters.
• Draft and coordinate contracts, leases and commercial agreements.
• Manage relationships with legal service providers and counsel.
• Support governance, policy and organisational improvement initiatives.
• Assist with health, safety, risk and compliance obligations.
• Support property acquisition and disposal settlements.
• Prepare reports, submissions and briefing papers.
 

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws or related qualification.
• Experience managing complex legal matters.
• Strong understanding of the WA legal environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
