Archbishop Costelloe awarded the 2013 BJ Hickey 2013 Biblical Scholarships to some of the recipients at a morning tea in the Cathedral Presbytery on Friday 20 December in the presence of Archbishop Emeritus Barry James Hickey and other guests.
