AUSLAN classes on offer at Emmanuel Centre

The Emmanuel Centre is this month offering interested persons the opportunity to learn sign language.
Commonly known as AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language), the classes will be held each Tuesday, commencing 30 April from 10am til 12noon.
The classes will be conducted with people who are deaf and use sign language. Classes will also be held on Thursdays from 11am til 2pm.
The Emmanuel Centre is a self-help centre for people with disabilities, comprising a number of organisations, groups and support networks, working together to make life easier for people with disabilities.
