CSB - Brigidines
Sisters of St Brigid

Founded by Bishop Daniel Delany, Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin, Ireland, in 1807 at Tullow, Ireland. It was introduced to Australia by Sr John Synan at the invitation of the Bishop of Maitland, Rt Rev Dr Murray, from Ireland in 1883. First WA community established at Wembley in 1942.

There are two provinces in Australia NSW and Victoria. The community in Perth is part of the NSW Province.
